Friday, March 8, 2022, during the 28th ICC-Angkor Plenary Session / Sambo Prei Kuk. HE Devyani KHOBR AGADE, Ambassador of India to Cambodia and HE Phann Nady, Director General of National Authority for Sambor Prei Kuk signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the restoration of the N17 temple of Sambor Prei Kuk resort under the high presidency of HE Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, ICC Co-Chair. ICC France, Japan and some national and international leaders.
